Full Description: We require a Talented and Succesful Commercial Sales Manager, to be based within a small team of 7.

Location:Waterlooville.

The role will include building relationships with clients, securing business and maintaining sales targets. This is a senior management position, reporting directly to the board of Directors on a monthly basis. Looking for someone in a commercial role within the construction industry.

It will be the commercial Sales Managers role to ensure that staff achieve these sales targets through assisting them in securing the work with the clients.

This position has huge potential for the right candidate in regards to progression and management of staff.

Essential Skills:
Experience within a similar role, ideally within Construction


Salary & Benefits:

£25k-£35k basic, OTE £50K

Company car, mobile phone, laptop etc.

Monday - Friday 8am - 5.30 pm. Hours of work can be flexible.
22 days holiday + Bank Holiday.
