Full Description: Our client, one of the largest international leading engineering support services company currently have an immediate requirement for a High Voltage, Approved Person AP - HV Electrical (Known as SAP HV under supply authority regulations).


Job Role Summary:

• Full Time Role for 12 months
• 37 hours with TOIL for overtime/out of hours working.

The profile of work is typical of an HV AP, in covering HV switching, isolation routines, permit to work control, risk assessment, method statement, lock off and tag off. Control of direct and sub- contract staff and liaison with the relevant Authorising Engineer (AE).


Essential Experience:
• Knowledge of CE Electric UK networks
• MUST have previous experience of HV work and hold necessary operational authorisations

Qualifications/ Skills:
• ONC /HNC or degree in electrical engineering
• MUST be security cleared.
• Able to work on own initiative.
• Good Communication Skills
• Be able to work flexible hours, out of hours will be required - participate on call rota system.
